Cancelation Policy- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For a booking of 2 or more people, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Please note that all gift certificates purchased from Namaste Spa are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to someone else. The dollar amount may be used on any products or services we offer.

Guests who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service.
